About this room
Individual Room with private 3/4 bath for single or double occupancy. There is one other room which will share the laundry, kitchen, living, dining, patio, and parking area. If the other room is already rented then genders must match. If a couple is renting both rooms, then that can work. You will not be allowed to have guests, you must clean up after yourself, and all tenants are required to harmoniously co-exist and cooperate in household chores such as taking out the trash or cleaning the common areas. Each room will be provided with a mini-fridge and microwave if you prefer. Each Room has it's own thermostat/AC/Heat. Gig Speed WiFi is provided along with all utilities for a fixed $100/mo/PP. Sorry individual room rentals do not allow pets.
